Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refunds are not applicable on sale, discounted, or promotional items.
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is found defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during clearance or sale offers.
- Accessories, underwear, or any personal items for hygiene reasons.
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received defective or incorrect.
- For defective items, Khaas Lifestyle will cover the shipping cost.
